I just watched Pokemon so..
Day 181
Jacques was walking around during the opening screen, so I knew he was much better from his cold. I went to find him (as I didn't have any letters in the mail), to see how he was going. He thanked me for taking care of me, and gave me a tall cactus as a thank you gift. I don't have any cacti in my catalog and I have always wanted to send them to Ricky as I think it would suit his western themed house, so that was a nice reward from Jacques.
The fishing tourney shall be taking place tomorrow. I believe it'll just be one of the 'catch any fish' tourneys, so that takes most of the fun out of it (literally just catch sea bass until you get lucky and find a tuna/oar fish then instant win), but I do want to collect some of the fish series, as I don't believe I've got any yet. Not sure how much I'll participate in the tourney, but hopefully I'll do a fair bit.
Saharah was in town today, so as usual, I ushered her over to my house, and she gave us an interior make over, though it was nothing special. We got the western vista (which I think may be an exclusive?) and the dotted rug, which isn't.
And hallelujah, the Nooklings finally had a piece of Jingle furniture I needed. Though it was only the chair, every little bit counts. I'm somewhere near 50% complete of the Jingle set, and need to have it completed for the giveaway. If I don't managed to get my hands on all pieces, I'm sure my friends will be willing to help, so I'm not too worried.
In the snowmen department, I first went to get my bingo number for the day - number 28 - which we had on the card, so we punched that in. It wasn't aligned with yesterdays punch hole, but it's only day two.
Today I decided to try my luck at making a snowboy. Sadly, I didn't make it perfect (I think I had to body too small), so I didn't get a reward, but I'll try again later. Tomorrow, I'll make the snowbaby, which hopefully will be prefect, so I get a reward for having two other perfect snowmen in town!

I haven't played at night time yet during the winter, so I'm not too sure if I missed an aurora or not... I probably haven't as it's only been snowy for a couple of days, but I need to make a habit of playing during the night time again... Anyway, time to watch more Pokemon. Cya!

I think the western vista is an exclusive...I got it a while back and it's an un-reorderbale (idk if that even makes sense lol) so yeah
