Animal Crossing New Leaf - Day 409
Last Nights Caper
Harry came over to pick up Freya, other than that, nothing much happened. Hope you enjoy Freya, Harry!
Day 409
In my mail were a number of letters, two of them from Freya. I was confused why Freya would send me two letters, one of them being her farewell letter of course, but the other one? I had no idea. Turned out to be a letter asking me to dig up the time capsule she asked me to bury and I could keep it's contents. I went over to where Freya's house used to be and dug it up, it contained a monkey shirt.
Also in my mail was a gift from Gulliver for helping him out yesterday, which contained a shamrock clock, which Ricky wanted to trade for his blue-grid tee. I was going to since it'd only go on his wall and not mess up anything in house (except maybe has already existing cabin wall clock), but in the end I decided not to.
The rain had stopped, which is a shame as we all know how much I enjoy the rain. But just because the rain had stopped didn't mean I couldn't rain on anyone's parade. Sadly, Beau wanted to come over to my house, but wanted to come at a set time, and since I always forget them, I had to decline.
Once again, I played just before midday, so I was able to check both turnip prices for the day, not that it mattered though, there were horridly low once again, at 56 in the morning, and an even lower 53 in the afternoon. Looks like this week is going to be a low price week, so luckily I didn't buy any turnips.
Bree once again reminded me of the upcoming fireworks festival. I think I will end up attending it this year, but much like I mentioned on either yesterdays or Sunday's post, I'll probably just go to get the bopper from Isabelle, and then leave.
We had a camper in town today. I think it's been a while since we last had one drop by (maybe a couple of days? I really don't remember). Today it was Klaus the bear. I like him a lot better than Beardo, but I didn't ask him to move in as I've already got a bear villager, and even if I didn't, I still probably wouldn't have asked him to move in.
And finally, to end my day, I came across Tia, who suggested we play a game of hide and seek. As I wasn't planning on doing anything else for the day I was more than happy to take her up on her offer, and she gathered at the plaza with Beardo and Ricky. I had 10 minutes to find them all, which I managed to do, and Tia rewarded me with a radiator.

Welp, today was a pretty good day if I do say so myself. I'm incredibly happy with what I got done, and only could have been made better if we got a public works project suggestion (and oops I just remembered I forgot to take a pic of the new map without Freya's house). Now I'm gonna go watch The X Factor and have dinner. Cya!
