[SPOILERS] Here's All The New Items in The 1.3.0 Update (and how to get them!)

The Version 1.3.0 update was probably the biggest update we've received thus far, so it's no surprise there's a tonne of new furniture items included in it. The initial reveal trailer already showed off the Mermaid Series, but we've gone ahead and documented every other furniture item within the update, and how to get them! Beware, this post contains spoilers!

Mermaid Series - this was already shown off in the initial trailer, and can be obtained from Pascal as a DIY recipe by finding a Scallop for him. You can only obtain one DIY per day off Pascal, and you'll need a new material, the Pearl, to craft them, which can also be obtained via diving

Snorkel Mask - you'll obtain one in the mail as a thanks for downloading the update, but the other colors can be bought at the Able Sisters. The Nook Inc. Snorkel Mask can be purashed at the Nook Stop Terminal. Do note that wearing the mask does not grant any benefit when it comes to swimming/diving

Wetsuits - there are a few more Wetsuit varieties this time around. The Striped varieties can be bought from Nook's Cranny, and the Floral varieties can be bought via the Nook Shopping app. The Nook Inc. Wetsuit can be purchased at the Nook Stop Terminal

Pirate Series - this new series is obtained by helping Gullivarrr. We'll write a proper guide on him in the near future, but these are all the items he can give you

Sea Creatures - though they're not items exactly, these are all the new Sea Creatures included in the update. Do note these can not be given to CJ in exchange for Bells or models.

Bamboo Grass - to coincide with the Tanabata Festival in Japan, the Bamboo Grass item can be purchased under the Seasonal tab via Nook Shopping
