Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet's Second Trailer Reveals Release Date, New Pokemon, Box Legendaries, New Characters + More!

As previously announced, the second trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet would be dropping, and it's now been released. With it, we've got brand new details of the upcoming games, including brand new Pokemon, new characters, an official release date, and much more! Full details below.

Five new Pokemon were shown off, being Pawmi, Lechonk, and Smoliv, as well as the Box Legendary Pokemon, with Koraidon being the mascot for Scarlet, and Miraidon representing Violet.

The Pokemon Professor will also vary depending on which game you chose, with Professor Sada, and Professor Turo being the Professors of Scarlet and Violet, respectively. Another character, Nemona, was also revealed, who appears to be your rival. She's defined as an experienced battler, but struggles with throwing Pokeballs. Peculiarly, the Region does not have an official name as of yet.

There are more details over on the Official Website, including more details of the new Pokemon and characters, plus a better look at online, and also seems to infer the gameplay will be unique to everyone, such as how you chose to explore the world.
