Blaziken Blasts Back Into Tera Raid Battles!

Blaziken is set to make its appearance in the 7‑Star Tera Raid Battles, featuring the Flying‑Tera Type with the powerful Mightiest Mark. This special Blaziken will be encountered at black Tera Raid crystals in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Tera Raid Battles. 

Prepare yourself for an intense challenge filled with flames and incredible courage during two time periods: from Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. PST to Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 3:59 p.m. PST. Notably, Blaziken is not typically found in Paldea, and the Flying Tera Type is exclusive to this event.

To engage in Tera Raid Battles and encounter Blaziken, make sure you have the latest Poké Portal News downloaded. Access it through the X menu, then navigate to Mystery Gift and Check Poké Portal News. Keep an eye out for sparkling pillars of light emanating from Tera Raid crystals, as these signify the opportunity to initiate a Tera Raid Battle with a Tera Pokémon.

Trainers looking to challenge Blaziken in black crystal Tera Raid Battles must either complete postgame events following the main story or join a 7-star Tera Raid Battle hosted by a Trainer who has completed these events. It's worth noting that this special Blaziken can only be captured once per save data. Even if you've already caught it, you can still participate in Tera Raid Battles for additional rewards, such as substantial amounts of Exp. Candy for leveling up your Pokémon, valuable treasures to sell at Pokémon Centers, items to enhance your Pokémon’s stats, and Flying Tera Shards to alter your Pokémon’s Tera Type.
