Over the past year we've seen PowerA release a number of Nintendo Switch accessories, including Cases, Joy-Con grips, and even Controllers. Now, they have two more on the way, the Enhanced Wired Controller for Nintendo Switch - Animal Crossing: Tom Nook , and Enhanced Wired Controller for Nintendo Switch - Animal Crossing: Isabelle , releasing this February!

A few months back we received a controller from PowerA which we were lucky enough to review , and overall had some pretty positive thoughts on. We'd also shared some details on some more upcoming accessories and the Nintendo Switch by PowerA, which we have once again, been lucky enough to test out!

Earlier this year we reported , and even reviewed , some Animal Crossing products and accessories PowerA would be releasing for Nintendo Switch.  All these accessories are officially licensed by Nintendo, and  Australian retailer JB Hi-Fi has now listed a bunch more Animal Crossing themed accessories - set to release in October - including a Wired Controller, Joy-con  Comfort    Grip, and a Switch Carry Case! 

A few weeks back, we reported that PowerA would be releasing two Animal Crossing themed controllers for Nintendo Switch. We've been fortunate enough to receive a copy of the K.K. Slider themed controller, and have had ample time to test it out! First and foremost, we'd never heard of PowerA before the Animal Crossing controllers got revealed. However, they are a pretty big company that have released a huge variety of controllers. When we first reported this news, we received two responses that praised this company, hollow--crossing wrote "I own a Pokemon version of these controllers, they’re pretty good", and bebebese added "... from looking at reviews these are some of the best third party controllers out there ... I'm definitely picking one up for local multiplayer", which could only mean good things for this controller. When it arrived, we were in complete awe at just how beautiful it looks, we didn't even want to take it out of the packagi...

We've seen a tonne of accessories revealed last week, but now some Nintendo Switch controllers are finally seeing the light of day. Only two designs are revealed at present, one with Timmy and Tommy, the other with K.K. Slider himself. Whilst these aren't official pro-controllers, they're still licensed by Nintendo and are wireless, with all the features of a pro-controller minus amiibo functionality and HD rumble. Currently, only fnac France has these controllers online for €59.99 each. That said, we expect these, plus more, to be available in other counties in the near future.
