Animal Crossing New Leaf - Day 255: Farewell Snow

Last Nights Caper
I slept.

Day 255

I'm gonna be honest, as much as I love the snow, it was nice to see it gone, I was ready for a scenery change. The greenery really makes the town look more lush and vibrant - I'm looking forward to the rest of spring. Oh yeah, Rosie also sent me a thank you gift for helping her get over her sickness, of course, it wasn't her pic, just a shirt of some kind.

Tia had a gift which needed delivering to Zucker. I took it off her hands and traced down the octopus, only to end up buying the gift I just delivered to him for 160 bells.... Of course, for 160 bells it wasn't going to be anything decent, just a t-shirt (I think a pole-stripe shirt? I forget).

As my day progressed, Zucker pinged and suggested the tire toy public works project. Maybe he got word that Ricky had been suggesting a lot lately and wanted to give him a run for his money? I do like this public works project, but I just need to decide where to put it. I just have to get some time to sit down and plan out my towns future look.

After I was done loafing around Skyfall trying to score chores off my villagers, I headed on up to Main Street (totally forgot to visit Katrina today).
As I was in Re-Tail having Cyrus do my daily remake of the toy camera, I noticed a kitchen sink up for sale, which belonged to Tia. So I purchased it and mailed it back to her. Whilst I was in the post office I decided to check for any new DLC, and sure enough, the new zodiac/astrology/idk?? piece was out, being a Pisces lamp.

Ignore the lazy eyes lol, was too lazy to take it again

The Able Sisters had another piece of the Festivale clothing line, today it was the pants. I think there is only a dress, pants, top and a head accessory? I don't think there are shoes? I should check in to Kicks' tomorrow and the days after just to double check though.

Just as I was about to quit playing for the day I went to the police station to see if we had any special guests in town today, and Booker informed me that Gulliver had washed up on the beach.

I headed on down to the beach to search for the lost seagull, woke him up, and proceeded to answer his questions. At first I had no idea what he was talking about, but by his second clue I was sure I was correct, and I was, so I shall get a gift in the mail tomorrow. My options were:
- Switzerland
- Iceland
- Russia
- Canada

Snowmen
oops, totally forgot this. Was right about to publish this when I realized I forgot our final Snowman section.

From yesterdays Snowboy we got a Snowman in the mail - our final gift from the Snowboy for this winter. I went to speak with the rest of his brothers who seemed to be upset about melting.

Unrelated News
I had a really horrible day at uni (please don't ask lol), and I really didn't feel like blogging, but I know these things must be done. So yeah, keeping it short today. Cya!

Oh, here's a pic of the town tree which I forgot to include. I think it grew a stage during the winter.
