Gigantamax Snorlax Now Available in Pokemon Sword and Shield!


From December 4th until January 5th, players will be able to encounter a special Gigantamax Snorlax in the Wild Area in Pokemon Sword and Shield. This Snorlax can use G-Max Replenish, which also restores any berries you or your allies have used in battles. 

To encounter this Snorlax in game, open up the Mystery Gift menu, and select "Get the Wild Area News". This will update your game and allow Gigantamax Snorlax to appear in Max Raid Battles across the Wild Area. Currently, this special Snorlax is not available through normal gameplay means and can only be obtained through these special Max Raid battles.
