Pokemon Direct Announced for Later This Week
Hot off the release of Sword and Shield, Nintendo and TPCi have announced their next Pokemon Direct will be happening later this week. For those of us in Australia, the direct will be at 1:30 on Friday morning, the rest of the world will receive it at a more sensible hour on Thursday.
Not much has been said about the presentation, other than it'll go for 20 minutes. We know that Pokemon HOME and Pokemon Sleep are due out this year, but it's highly doubtful they'll hold a Direct just for those two and take up an entire 20 minutes. There's also Detective Pikachu 2 that was briefly mentioned last year.
Tune in on 10/01 at 1:30 a.m. (AEDT) for roughly 20 minutes of new #Pokemon information in a livestreamed #PokemonDirect presentation.

Most are hoping for Diamond and Pearl remakes to be announced, but we think it'll be more likely we'll receive some sort of update to Sword and Shield. Only time will tell. Be sure to follow BidoofCrossing on Twitter and Tumblr to stay up to date with the latest Nintendo news.
