For those after some official New Horizons plush, there hasn't been much going around. Though it seems that's about to change in the coming months, with these official New Horizons plush releasing this September, in Japan at least.

Last month we shared some Animal Crossing themed decals for your Nintendo Switch made by Controller Gear, and now we've spotted bunch more accessories and decals. If you're still looking to get your Animal Crossing fix after missing out on the Limited Edition Console, you might be interested in these. Initially, we only saw some stickers and Switch skins, now they've revealed not only another Switch skin, but two very cute cases for your Switch Lite. The decal is a nice brown color, decorated with the Nookling duo, Timmy and Tommy. There's also a Switch Lite case that shared this theme, as well as a cutesy baby blue one. If we had a Switch Lite, we'd probably pick up the Nookling skin! If you're looking to purchase some of these for yourself, they should be readily available on your local countries amazon. Earlier this year, we exclusively revealed a number of Animal Crossing Mocchi Mocchi Plush that would be releasing later this year, along with a few other franchises, such as Zelda and Splatoon. Now, the International Toy Fair 2020 has given us a nice detailed look of the full range of plush, and a few more pieces of merch we didn't know about, courtesy of Nintendo World Report ! Our original article mentioned that in the Animal Crossing series, Tom Nook and Isabelle would be receiving Mega Mocchi Mocchi Plush, but also exclusively revealed that these two, plus an Apple and Leaf, would be getting Mini Mocchi Mocchi and Clip-On Plushes, which have now been shown off, and are expected to release in August. A few weeks back, we reported that PowerA would be releasing two Animal Crossing themed controllers for Nintendo Switch. We've been fortunate enough to receive a copy of the K.K. Slider themed controller, and have had ample time to test it out! First and foremost, we'd never heard of PowerA before the Animal Crossing controllers got revealed. However, they are a pretty big company that have released a huge variety of controllers. When we first reported this news, we received two responses that praised this company, hollow--crossing wrote "I own a Pokemon version of these controllers, they’re pretty good", and bebebese added "... from looking at reviews these are some of the best third party controllers out there ... Animal Crossing fans have eagerly been waiting for a look at the upcoming title since it was announced in September 2018. Unfortunately, we didn't get out first look until June 2019, where it was revealed to be delayed until 2020. Since then, we've barely seen much of the game, and fans have started worrying about further delays, or that the game won't have much to offer. Thankfully, to put us out of our misery, a dedicated New Horizons Direct will be airing this Thursday, and will include 25 minutes of new information. With the latest reveal of the New Horizons themed Switch console , we thought it'd be interesting to go over the other AC variants Nintendo consoles have received. The Animal Crossing series has been available to play on a number of Nintendo systems, including the N64, GameCube, Nintendo DS, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and soon, the Nintendo Switch, so there's a lot to get into! Chronologically, we'll work along the release dates, and will only include official releases, so third party protective shells and cases won't be included. The first game released on the N64 and was exclusive to Japan, and sadly didn't see any limited edition consoles alongside initial it's release. However, when the game was updated and re-released for the Nintendo GameCube, it saw a very slight variation. Though it wasn't the console itself, but rather the GameCube face plate. It sure has been a busy week with a number of retail outlets revealing what pre-order bonuses they'll be offering to those that pre-order New Horizons, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. A bunch of even more bonuses have been announced!

If the title looks familiar, that's because they did the exact same last year . This time, they've updated the calendar and 2020, and given it a nice little overhaul. If you want to download the cute little calendar, check the cut below! The calendar is only seems to be available on the US My Nintendo Store at the moment, costing 80 Platinum Points, but we expect it to be available worldwide in the coming days. If for whatever reason you can't wait, it's not too difficult to make a My Nintendo account and select one of the regions it's available in, and complete the start up steps to get enough Points download it. Once the calendar has been downloaded, you can either view it digitally, or print it outif you wish to display it. It's 13 pages, and will nicely fit onto your standard A4 paper. Whilst many of us thought we'd have to wait until the new year for any more information on New Horizons, Nintendo has thrown a curve ball at us, revealing that the game will be translated into Latin American, and will also include Mexican content, such as holidays and clothing! The news was revealed earlier today by Nintendo Latin America, which also showed off 6 new screenshots. Not much is shown in the new screenshots, though they do however show off a new flower coloration, of what we believe to be orange poppies. It's also nice to see how the game is currently looking. In addition to being able to chose which hemisphere you're playing in, it's great that Nintendo is deciding to include more cultures into the Animal Crossing franchise, and makes us wonder if they'll decide to include some other cultures as well. Nintendo Tokyo is set to open this coming Friday, and we've already shown off the Animal Crossing kitchenware that will be hitting the shelves. Now, thanks to Famitsu, we've been given a more in depth look at some of the upcoming displays, and a sneak peek at some new Animal Crossing merch! Thanks to the images shared, we can get a nice look at the Animal Crossing displays featured in store, as well as a few more Animal Crossing themed merchandise that can be purchased. In addition to what's already been revealed, it looks like you'll also be able to purchase a pillow and place mat with the cute artwork, some chopsticks, and what we believe are reusable coffee mugs and a salt and pepper shaker. There also seems to be a piece of fabric shown off, that could be either a tea towel or a t-shirt, and maybe some coasters.
